Tickets

When are tickets on sale?

A. Tickets are on sale now and can be purchased from here

How do I find out what the different ticket categories relate to?

A. At the end of each ticket category please click on the icon and an information box will appear.

Do I need to purchase a ticket for my child?

Tickets for children (16 and under) are free when accompanied by an adult, however you are required to apply for a ticket online here

Are there any discounted ticket options?

A. Yes, the Concession (discounted) tickets are offered to:

– 17-18 year olds
– Students, on production of a student ID card or Young Scot Card
– Senior Citizens 60 years and older
– Disabled
– Armed Forces Personnel on production of an Armed Forces ID card

Can I buy tickets on the door?

A. Yes, tickets will be sold on the door. Yet tickets on sale now are at a reduced rate.

Does it matter if my name appears on all the tickets I have purchased?

No, all tickets purchased will bear the name of the person who purchased the tickets. Each ticket will have a unique identification to prevent counterfeiting or double use.

I am planning to move house/change my e-mail address between now and the Solheim Cup, how do I ensure I will receive my tickets?

A.  No problem, please e-mail Info@Solheimcup2019.com outlining your ticket booking reference, your old details and your new details and we will ensure this information is changed.

What is offered with a PING Pavilion ticket?

A. A ticket to the PING Pavilion offers an upgraded Solheim Cup experience. The Ping Pavilion ticket holder will gain access to the Ping Pavilion, a covered structure with comfortable seating, entertainment, large TV Screens, dining areas, upgraded toilets and the facility to buy food and drinks on a cash basis. Disability Access

Is there a disabled parking facility?

A. Yes, there is a designated disabled parking facility. Please contact Laura.Price@img.com for a parking permit.

Will there be access to mobility scooters and wheelchairs on site?

A. Yes, mobility scooters and wheelchairs will be available to hire.

Do I need to reserve a mobility scooter / wheelchair?

A. Yes, please email Laura.Price@img.com with the day/days you intend to attend the tournament to reserve a mobility scooter / wheelchair.

Can I bring my own mobility scooter to the event?

Yes you can, we just ask that you sign a disclaimer before using the mobility scooter around the course.  This can be obtained nearer the time by emailing Laura.Price@img.com

Attending

Can I bring my own Food and Drink?

A. You can bring your own food and drink however alcohol is prohibited.

Are dogs allowed on the course?

A. Only guide dogs are permitted on the course.

Can I park my motor home anywhere?

A. No, we do not allow motor homes anywhere on site.

Can I bring my mobile phone?

A. Mobile phones are permitted on the course; however, they must be on silent mode.

Can I bring my camera?

A. The use of Cameras are prohibited on competition days unless accompanied by the correct accreditation. Phone cameras can be used on-course however, these will need to be on silent mode with the flash disabled.

What is the bag policy?

A. Bags are subject to searches upon entrance to the course.

Can I reserve a seat in the grandstand?

A. No, seats are not available for reservation in the grandstand and they are offered on a first come first served basis.

Parking Options

Is free parking available?

A. Yes, free parking is available.

Is it possible to purchase priority parking?

A. Yes, priority parking is available. Please find details here to see the different parking options.

Can I park my minibus?

A. Yes, you can park your minibus, however you must register your vehicle. Please e-mail Laura.Price@img.com to register with the days you intend
